Entering Broche's is easy from a floating dock onto the fixed swim platform. From a fixed dock, the side decks offer easy boarding via grab rails.
The Cockpit has built in seating aft, easy steps to the Flybridge and side decks and a sliding entrance door to the Salon.
The Salon has port and starboard couches, a raised dinette to port, and a full Galley two steps down to starboard.
The Centerline Companionway leads to three cabins forward. An over/under cabin is to starboard, a double to port, and forward is the Master Cabin with a private Head. A second Guest Head is to port.
The Flybridge has a centerline helm with ample seating fore and aft, a wet bar, and a fully airconditioned area.
Engine Room access is from the Cockpit sole.
The Salon is entered on centerline through a sliding stainless steel trimmed door. Immediately to port is a large curved sectional settee with storage below. Above behind a wood trimmed plexiglass door is the yacht’s electrical panel.
Two round ottomans lie in front of the settee.
To starboard upon entering is a two-door storage cabinet with a stereo gear cabinet above. The stereo gear consists of a Bose Lifestyle AM/FM/CD player with hard drive storage and a Direct TV box. Above is a 30” Vizio smart TV. Music is delivered through a five-channel Bose speaker system and a hidden subwoofer.
Next forward is a two-person sofa with storage below.
To both port and starboard are large house side windows with wood mini blinds and upholstered valances.
Next forward to port is a raised dinette area to seat three or four with an articulating table base for ease of entry.
There is storage below the Ultra Leather upholstered settee. Windows outboards have the same treatment as the salon. There are full drapes across the aft entry door.
Also in the Salon are several overhead halogen lights on an attractive ceiling detail. The sole is carpeted and the air conditioning controls are digital.
To starboard is the Galley. It is one step down and open to the Salon.

The Starboard Stateroom has twin upper and lower bunks with two cherry cabinets outboard. Forward is a large triangular cherry storage locker, and aft is a small cherry nightstand with storage below. Plenty of natural light enters through this stateroom’s frosted skylight. Also in this stateroom is a cherry entrance door with a mirror inside, a carpeted sole, two reading lights, two overhead mini spots, and a Fireboy carbon monoxide alarm.
Entered via a private cherry door, this stateroom has a full-size berth with a mirrored and upholstered headboard. Natural light enters the cabin via a frosted skylight and two stainless (non-opening) portholes outboard covered by cherry mini blinds. Forward is a pull-down mirrored vanity followed by a large cherry-hanging locker. Furthest forward is a mirrored cherry door to the Head. Also in this stateroom is an SMX digital AC control, two reading lights, two overhead mini spots, rope lighting, a Viziu Smart TV, a carpeted sole, and a Fireboy carbon monoxide alarm.
The Guest Head has two doors, one from the Port Stateroom and one from the Centerline Companionway.
The Head has a vanity with a cabinet below an Avonite countertop with an under mount stainless steel sink. Above are two mirrored medicine cabinet doors. The stall shower has a curved round plexi enclosure and sidelight, an opening porthole, a handheld or wall mountable fixture, a seat and a light.
The toilet is a Dometic Vacuuflush model. Also in the head are four overhead halogen lights, a storage cabinet above the toilet, an exhaust fan and a wood sole.
All the way forward with a queen-sized island berth is the Master Cabin.
A mirrored section aboard the upholstered headboard is flanked by two sconce type reading lights. Port and starboard shelves with deadlights and wood blinds are aft.
There are two drawers under the berth facing aft and carpeted steps to gain access to the berth. A hatch in the sole gives access to the bow thruster. Above the berth is an opening deck hatch with a sliding screen and sun cover. A Fireboy carbon monoxide alarm and digital AC controls are also located in this cabin.
